There is a good path all along <strong>the</strong> wadi <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> ascent isgentle. About halfway on your left you will see a big boulder next to alittle chapel in a walled compound: this is <strong>the</strong> Rock of Moses (Hajar<strong>Musa</strong>) (2), from which Moses is believed to have fetched water.17
