Bidder should have valid license to work inUttar Pradesh state, if not the same should be producedwithin one month of award of the contract.24.0 Labour Laws Bidder should follow all the labour laws as applicable at theplace of work in Uttar Pradesh state including payment ofminimum wages fixed by Government of Uttar Pradesh.25.0 Income TaxDeductionsAs per the prevailing rules.certificate.BHEL will provide TDS26.0 DepartmentalchargesAny material or service issued / rendered by BHEL to thebidder (unless specifically stipulated to be free of cost / costrecoverable basis) during the execution of project onbidder’s demand, the same shall be made available alongwith 15% departmental charges over and above the cost.BHEL shall not be responsible for any delay due to thisreason and delay shall be to contractors account.27.0 PrequalificationAs per Annexure - B enclosedCriteria(Technical &Financial)28.0 Any levy, By the BidderTaxes, asapplicable forcompletion ofproject29.0 Integrity pact Integrity pact format is enclosed.
