CALL FOR TENDERS

The Bidder’s delay in delivering the said Letter of Guarantee entitlesPPC S.A. to terminate the Contract immediately, while the Bidder willbe responsible towards PPC S.A. for all damages possibly occurring andshall refund to PPC S.A. all without exception the amounts paid to himin advance, together with demurrage interest. If required and in orderto assure the said refund, PPC S.A. may, according to its judgment,proceed to the forfeiture of the Participation Letter of Guaranteealready in its hands.The said Letter will be returned to the issuer it was issued from, uponthe Delivery of «Project Report – Milestone #3», as described in Article4 of the Document 2 of 5 “Project Specification” of the present Call forTenders, and upon Contractor’s request after full and completefulfilment of all without exception his contractual obligations and afterthe final clearance of the accounts.ATTACHMENTS HERETO:- Specimen A- Specimen B- Specimen C- Specimen D- Specimen E27/53
