The Contract consists of the following Volumes, which, duly signed by thecontracting parties, form an integral part thereof:a. Contract Agreementb. Technical TermsARTICLE 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS.2.1. Language.This Contract has been executed in the English language which shall be thebinding and controlling language for all matters relating to the meaning orinterpretation of this Contract.All further communication between the parties as well as all reports relatedto this contract shall be executed and / or delivered in the Greek or Englishlanguage.All texts pertaining to the Greek legal and regulatory framework as well asany other texts that are available only in the Greek language and that arerequired for the purpose of performing the scope of work of this contract,shall be furnished by PPC S.A. to the Contractor in the Greek language.2.2. Relation between the Parties.Nothing contained herein shall be construed as establishing a relation ofmaster and servant or of agent and principal as between the Client and theContractor. The Contractor subject to this Contract, has complete charge ofPersonnel performing the Services and shall be fully responsible for theServices performed by it or on its behalf hereunder.2.3. Notices.Any notice, request or consent required or permitted to be given or madepursuant to this Contract shall be in writing.
