Directors and Senior Management ProfilesEXECUTIVE DIRECTORSMr. Li Shu Fu, aged 44, joined the Group on9 June 2005 as the chairman and executivedirector, and is responsible for the overallstrategic planning and formulation of thecorporate policies of the Group. Mr. Li holds amaster degree in engineering from Yan ShanUniversity. Presently, Mr. Li is the controllingshareholder, founder, chairman of the boardof Zhejiang Geely Holding Group CompanyLimited (a company incorporated in the PRC,and is ultimately owned by Mr. Li and hisassociates). Zhejiang Geely Holding GroupCompany Limited and its subsidiaries areprincipally engaged in manufacturing and salesof automobile in the PRC. Mr. Li is also thechairman of the two associated companies ofthe Group namely, Zhejiang Geely AutomobileCompany Limited (“Zhejiang Geely”) andShanghai Maple Guorun Automobile CompanyLimited (“Shanghai Maple”). Mr. Li has over20 years of experience in the investment andmanagement of the automobile manufacturingbusiness and educational business in the PRC. Mr.Li is a member of the Chinese People’s PoliticalConsultative Conference. Mr. Li was accreditedas one of the “50 Most Influential Persons inChina’s Automotive Industry in the 50 Years” by apertinent organization in China.Mr. Gui Sheng Yue, aged 44, joined the Groupon 9 June 2005 as the Executive Director andis responsible for the administration of theCompany. Mr. Gui has over 20 years experience inadministration and project management. Mr. Guihad also worked with China Resources (Holdings)Company Limited. Mr. Gui holds a Bachelor ofScience degree in mechanical engineering fromXian Jiaotong University and a Master degree inbusiness administration from University of SanFrancisco. Mr. Gui was appointed as the ChiefExecutive Officer of the Company with effect from23 February 2006.Mr. Yang Jian, aged 46, joined the Group on9 June 2005 as the executive director, and isresponsible for the overall administration ofthe Zhejiang Geely Holding Group CompanyLimited. Mr. Yang is also the First Vice Presidentof Zhejiang Geely Holding Group CompanyLimited and Head of Zhejiang Geely AutomobileResearch Institute Ltd., which is wholly-owned byZhejiang Ruhoo. Mr. Yang is also the chairmanof the two associated companies of the Group,namely Zhejiang Kingkong Automobile CompanyLimited (“Zhejiang Kingkong”) and ZhejiangRuhoo Automobile Company Limited (“ZhejiangRuhoo”). Mr. Yang graduated from ZhejiangRadio and Television University with focus onproduction management.
