He holdsthe B.S. Degree in metallurgical engineering andhas extensive experience in Korean automotiveindustry for more than 36 years especially in newcar development, automotive technology andquality assurance. Directors and Senior Management ProfilesMr. Zhang Peng, Peter, aged 41, joined theGroup on 26 February 2007 as the Vice Presidentand is responsible for Group’s internal control andinternational business development. He holdsa bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering,a master’s degree in economics and a PhD ineconomics from leading Chinese universities.Mr. Zhang has rich experience in types of jobsranging from business development, projectmanagement, operational management, strategyand planning to corporate governance andinternal controls. He has got more than 10years working history with major multinationalcompanies. In his most recent roles in BP plc, hewas an advisor for Group Internal Control after hereturned from BP’s North Sea strategy team inAberdeen.Mr. Cheung Chung Yan, David, aged 32,joined the Group as the Financial Controllerand Company Secretary on 17 May 2005. Mr.Cheung holds a bachelor degree in BusinessAdministration in Accounting from the HongKong University of Science and Technology in1997. He is a fellow member of the Associationof Chartered Certified Accountants.
