The OID ofthe assigning authority for this identifier is 2.16.840.1.113883.19.2744.1.5. The header of the<strong>CDA</strong> document would include:A <strong>CDA</strong> document that already exists will not usually contain the appropriate attachment controlnumber. A simple transformation of that document can be created to incorporate the appropriateattachment control number. When this is done, a new identifier is assigned to the newly createdtransformation of the existing <strong>CDA</strong> document.
