Where a person name appearsin the header of a CDA attachment it shall follow the CDA Release 2.0 convention for a personname as shown below.Specific elements within the element are: - a person's given name. Note: middle names are simply the second, third, etc., givenname. - Family name, this is the name that links to the genealogy. - a prefix associated with the name that follows it.
