The point in time may beexpressed with varying degrees of precision. It can be only a date, it can be a date with anaccompanying clock time specified to the minute, or the clock time can be precise to a second oreven a fraction of a second.Time stamps shall be formatted according to the <strong>HL7</strong> date time specification.
