It should also be acknowledged that the costs mayincrease under certain circumstances where the location and accessibility does notallow tankers with a 10 m 3 capacity to access the area.4.3 Sludge Treatment at Biogas FacilityCapital and operating costs for the biogas treatment plant for the black watersystem at existing housing areas are same as for new housing areas.4.4 Grey water SystemAs mentioned in Section 3.5 the constructed wetland only requires 3-4% of thetotal project area.
