The EASY-PACK tailgatecan be operated electro-mechanically. It can be opened atthe push of a button on the driver’s door, on the tailgate,or by using the ignition key. It can also be closed againusing a switch on the tailgate. Plus it can be stopped ina lower position, for example to prevent contact with lowgarage ceilings.EASY-PACK load compartment cover (standard). Acombined load compartment cover and net is positionedin the C-pillar area. The load compartment cover, colourcodedto match the interior appointments, shields luggagefrom the sun and prying eyes. For easy loading, it movesupwards automatically when the tailgate is opening andreturns to its starting position when the tailgate is closed.Further features in the load compartment enable items tobe stowed tidily, for instance nets integrated in the sidepanelling for the convenient stowage of smaller items anda 12-volt socket providing an additional power supply inthe load compartment.The EASY-PACK tailgate can also be opened and closed in a lower position atthe push of a buttonThe EASY-PACK load compartment cover moves upwards with the tailgatewhen the latter is openedThe optional folding bench seat in the load compartment can carry two people,each with a max. height of 140 cm and weight of 50 kg
