Auditors’ ReportFebruary 26, 2008<strong>The</strong> GovernmentMinistry of Industry, Employment and CommunicationsAuditors’ report for Luftfartsverket (<strong>LFV</strong>) and the <strong>LFV</strong> <strong>Group</strong><strong>The</strong> Swedish National Audit Office (Riksrevisionen) has examined <strong>LFV</strong>’s Annual Report, approved on February 22,2008, for the financial year 2007.<strong>The</strong> <strong>Group</strong> Management of <strong>LFV</strong> is responsible for running <strong>LFV</strong> efficiently and according to law. This responsibilityincludes providing the Government with a reliable account of operations in the Annual Report.It is the responsibility of the National Audit Office to examine <strong>LFV</strong>’s Annual Report in accordance with generalaccepted auditing standards in Sweden in order in order to assess whether the financial statements and the underlyingaccounts are reliable and the accounts are true and fair, as well as to examine whether the administration of the<strong>Group</strong> Management complies with applicable regulations and special Government rulings.We conducted our audit in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Those standards require that weplan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance to determine whether the Annual Report is true and fair.<strong>The</strong> examination thus involved a selection of important transactions and administrative decisions.In the judgement of the National Audit Office, the audit that we have completed has provided sufficient and appropriateauditing evidence for our opinion set out below.<strong>The</strong> Annual Report has been prepared in compliance with the Ordinance on Annual Reports of Public Authoritiesand Budget Material, the Government’s annual appropriations directives and other decisions concerning <strong>LFV</strong>.In the opinion of the National Audit Office, the Annual Report is true and fair in all essential respects.Leif Lundin, Audit Director, has taken this decision.
