(32) Proxy registering of attendance or abetting in the act of registeringattendance of another employee.(33) Spreading or encouraging casteism, regionalism or communalism.(34) Abetment of or attempt at abetment of, any act which amounts tomisconduct.(35) Spreading false rumors or spreading false information.(36) Carrying on money lending or any other private business without thewritten permission of the Company.(37) Habitual indebtedness or insolvency.(38) Interference or riotous or disorderly or indecent behaviour in the premisesof the company.(39) Writing of anonymous or pseudonymous letters or associating oneself inwriting such letters in respect of Company affairs.(40) Misuse of any advance or non-compliance with the provisions of termsand conditions governing grant of such advance as specified in therespective rules relating to the advance(s).Note: The above instances of misconduct are illustrative in nature and notexhaustive.Rule 6.EMPLOYMENT OF NEAR RELATIVES OF THE EMPLOYEESOF THE COMPANY IN ANY COMPANY OR FIRM HAVINGBUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE COMPANY.(1) No employee shall use his position or influence directly or indirectly tosecure employment for any person related, whether by blood or marriageto the employee or to the employee’s wife or husband, whether such aperson is dependent on the employee or not.(2) No employee shall, except with the previous sanction of the competentauthority, permit his son, daughter or any other member of the family toaccept employment with any Company or firm with which he or she hasofficial dealings or with any other Company or firm having officialdealings with the Company:Provided that where the acceptance of the employment cannot await the priorpermission of the competent authority, the employment may be accepted provisionallysubject to the permission of the Competent Authority to whom the matter shall bereported forthwith. The competent Authority should communicate the decision within60 days from the date of receipt of the request of the employee.(3) The employee shall, as soon as, he becomes aware of the acceptance of anemployment by a member of his family in any such company or firm,10<strong>BSNL</strong> CDA <strong>RULES</strong> <strong>2006</strong> (Updated upto 24-01-2013)
