CLA-VAL PCMActuated Pilote Control e-DriveRemote Control, Accurate Hydraulic Operation, Easy InterfaceThe CLA-VAL SERIES PCM is a range ofElectronic Actuated Pilot Control Valves thatcombines precise control of field provenCLA-VAL hydraulic pilots and a simpleelectronic actuated motor.The CLA-VAL SERIES PCM Valves,including a hydraulic pilot and an integralcontroller, do accept a remote set-pointcommand input to smoothly adjust the pilot.The simple remote changing (4-20mA) of avalve set-point is suitable for manyapplications where the process variable ismonitored separately and a SCADA orsimilar remote control system provides valvecontrol.Standard CLA-VAL PCM applications with e-DriveThe CLA-VAL SERIES PCM receives a signal (4-20mA)emitted by a sensor or transmitter through aprogrammable PLC or equivalent system. This signaloperates the e-Drive which actuates the CLA-VAL controlpilot by modifying the value of the current set point.The e-Drive is particularly indicated in systems where theuser wishes to keep a hydraulic control while having theopportunity of modifying remotely a set point.
