CLA-VAL e-LineControllersThe CLA-VAL SERIES e-Line valves are designed specifically for applications where control of the valve withelectrical signals is requested. The CLA-VAL Controllers are of three different types (e-Smart/L1, e-Smart/L2and e-Drive) splitting the e-Line range into three CLA-VAV SERIES: CLA-VAL ECO, CLA-VAL PLC and CLA-VAL PCM.CLA-VAL ECO e-Smart/L1CLA-VAL SERIES ECO valves are standard CLA-VALvalves with an electronic autonomous battery controllere-Smart/L1. Easy to use, it allows the control ofapplications such as flushing of dead ends or anyopening / closing on a time basis. The autonomouselectronic controller e-Smart/L1 actuates the openingand the closing of valve CLA-VAL by means of a lowtension bi-stable solenoid valve. Three standardprogramming modes are available:- Time mode.- Mixed mode where time is combined with anadditional opening/closing contact switch.- Mixed mode where time is combined with anadditional opening/closing pulse flow meter.ELECTRONIC AUTONOMOUS CONTROLLERCLA-VAL PLC e-Smart/L2The CLA-VAL SERIES PLC is a range of On/OffStandard Solenoid Control Valves (Series 136 E/D) orStep by Step (Series 136).The CLA-VAL SERIES PLC, including a standardsolenoid, is directly operated by the PID ElectronicAdvanced Controller e-Smart/L2 to perform a widerange of functions. The simple remote changing ofsolenoid set-point is suitable for many applicationswhere the process variable is monitored separately.The e-Smart/L2 controller provides the neededinterface between SCADA system and CLA-VALhydraulic control valves.CLA-VAL PCM e-DriveThe CLA-VAL SERIES PCM is a range of ElectronicActuated Pilot Control Valves that combines precisecontrol of field proven CLA-VAL hydraulic pilots andsimple electronic actuated motor.The CLA-VAL SERIES PCM Valves, including ahydraulic pilot and integral controller, do accept aremote set-point command input and to smoothlyadjustment the pilot.
