Further, shewas warned by the suspects not to tell anybody about what they did to her or elseshe will be restricted to do her business along the said premises. After theincident, the victim immediately reported the said incident to the office of UrdanetaCity CIDG. Upon receipt of the report, elements of Urdaneta City CIDG respondedon the complaint of the victim which resulted to the arrest of the two suspects.Cases for Acts of Lasciviousness & ESTAFA were filed against thearrested suspects before the MTC, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan docketed119
