The Firearm and ExplosivesDivision issued the 2 nd attached documents/ certificate (Annex B) in the name ofCecilio C. Cataina dated July 19, 2012 certifying the authenticity of ownership ofsaid firearms as licensed and belonging to abovementioned person.
