I had neverbeen to a gym before and I went today Saturday for an orientation on Fit-Fix. I have serioushealth problems (recent heart attack and back problem). My instructor was Rob the GoodLifeFitness Ambassador. I was nervous at first, not knowing what to expect, within five minutes oftalking with Rob I felt comfortable, confident and excited about this new journey. Rob isdefinitely a people person and treated me with compassion and respect. I left there feelingexcited, happy and confident and can't wait for my next appointment. She placedeggs around the club, and provided instructions to each associate as she saw them in her travelsthroughout the club. I handedErin the craziest travel request that even confused me and I was the one asking for it! She kepther fabulous smile shining through the phone and took 20 minutes of her time to make sure thatwe did the trip in a way that was economical and sensible. She even took extra steps to ensurethat I wouldn’t get lost and make it to my meetings on time when I got there.
