CONFLICT OF LAWS41. Regardless of any provision to the contrary found elsewhere in the provisions of thisAgreement, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall be used in the interpretationof this Agreement.42. In the event of conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and any attachment hereto,the provisions of the Agreement shall control.AMENDMENT43. This Agreement and attachments hereto constitute the entire agreement between the parties.44. This Agreement may be amended at any time by letter agreement executed by both parties.32
