Rates and pricing rules are defined in the centralized ProductCatalog without any programming. This allows for easy addition of new products and specificationchanges for existing products. During quote creation, the Sales Portal’s product configuratorimproves sales quality by ensuring that the selected items are compatible with one another and thatrequired items are chosen.• Customer Service Portal: The Customer Service Portal provides online customer self-supportthrough its knowledge base and question based guided support. As a result, customer satisfactionincreases since customers can instantly get answers to their questions. Technical support costsalso decrease.
