Item 1 was adopted. Item 2 wasreferred to the Nominating Committee. Item 3 was referred to theFinance Committee. Item 4 was adopted. In keeping with this item,John H. White addressed the court in behalf of Geneva College. The first wasa special meeting on Febmary 1, 1993, and the second was the regularmeeting of the Board on July 10,1993, on the campus of Franklin College,Franklin, Indiana.A number of positions on the Board of Tmstees had been held openuntil such time as qualified persons could be found and interviewed.
