...and designHeating ModesWe offer four heating solutions:- Electrical- With heating medium- Infrared radiation- Microwave (HF).The first two processes are based onthe principle of contact heating. Thismeans that the heat is conducted fromthe heat medium through contact areasto the product.With the electrical version, tubularheaters are fed in coils through thehollow shelves (sandwich construction).With the version using heat mediumyou have three possibilities:- Warm water- Thermal oil- Steam.If you wish to heat using a heatmedium, we equip the drying ovenwith pressure-tight, hollow shelves.The difference from the electrical versionis that the heat transfer mediumflows through channels and then fillsthe entire cavity of the shelf.A separate thermostat controls thetemperature of the heat medium. Theheated medium is pumped in a cyclethrough the individual shelves.With the steam heating version a specialvalve is responsible for controllingthe amount of steam. This control operateswithout auxiliary power so that it ispossible to use this type of control in anexplosion-proof room.With steam it is possible to heat in twodifferent ways, the temperature of thesteam being important:- When T 100 °C the steam is fedinto the distribution system for theshelves.Vacuum Heating and Drying Oven VVT 110/170 EA (jacket heating)Vacuum PumpA standard feature of our vacuumdrying ovens are the oil-sealed, slidevane rotary vacuum pumps.CondenserThe condenser enables large amountsof humidity to be recovered which isparticularly important when using hazardoussolvents.An additional advantage: condensationaccelerates drying.Use with potentiallyexplosive products andin hazardous locationsOur vacuum drying ovens are explosion-protectedwhen...- the vaccum drying oven is to beinstalled in an area where there is riskof explosion- the fluid of your product being dried iseasily inflammable.Options/AccessoriesUse of special materials for all componentsthat come into contact withevaporating fluids (e. g.
