UNDERTAKING BY CONTRACTORI/We hereby certify that:Full manpower will be engaged on daily basis for the Services soughtunder this contract on rotation basis (if required) as per given schedule oras per instructions of Officer-in-charge.I/we have made the site visit in order to evaluate their level of services tobe rendered and quoted accordingly.I/We have specified the number of persons to be engaged daily (manpower)to execute all the works as mentioned above at CCMB.We agree that the payment will not be made for the work not carried outby the contractor in any of the above areas.The Housekeeping supervisor will check daily, liquid soap filling in soapdispenser, Toilet tissue paper in toilets, Naphthalene balls in Wash Basins,Urinal pots, & at necessary places, Odonil air purifier tablets in Toilets,Day to Day emptying of Dust Bins, Garbage & other waste material, etc.Waste material will be collected and stored in specified place/ loaded invehicle for disposal at the designated area.I/We agree for daily disposal of biomedical and non-biomedical waste atrequired places.I/We will provide staff for shifting of furniture and small equipments as and whenrequired by CCMB.I/We agree for the bills payment on monthly pro-rata basis.I/We agree to pay minimum wages as per Labour Enforcement Authority.The holiday list of the housekeeping staff should be approved by theCompetent Authority.I/We agree to pay minimum wages as per the Labour EnforcementAuthority + PF + ESIC + BONUS + Paid Holidays (5). Payment will bemade on 7 th day of every month.Substitute will be made available as and when required. Extra manpowerif any called during conference / meetings etc. will be provided on 24hour’s notice.It will be ensured that liquid soap is available throughout the day in allwashbasins and sinks.26
