Its members, professionalsfrom the conservation, scientific and business fields, are stronglycommitted to nature conservation and serve on a voluntary basis.Members of the Executive Council must be trustee members ofWWF-Hong Kong and are elected by trustee members at the AnnualGeneral Meeting. Council members are appointed on three-yearterms and are eligible for re-election.To ensure that our financial resources are spent appropriately, we arecommitted to providing clear and accurate financial information forpublic scrutiny.
