The questionnaire must be completed even if your company has previouslysubmitted an application form to this Council – cross-referencing is not sufficient.All responses and submissions provided by the applicant will form part of the contractshould the applicant subsequently be successful.The Tourism Department intends to issue tenders for the whole of the package only.Where insufficient space has been provided in this document, the applicant mayappend additional pages.Prospective tenderers should be aware that canvassing will lead to disqualification.Any information and/or documents submitted in response to this questionnairemust relate to the applicant only.The applicant is the organisation, which it is proposed will enter into a formalcontract with the Tourism Department if awarded the contract at the end ofthe competitive exercise.NOTE FOR EXOR-LISTED COMPANIES:For those companies registered with EXOR please state your registrationnumber as part of your proposal.
