The relativelyhigh number of clients that had contacts with different units in the combined organisation isprobably a consequence of the division between reception/assessment and advice/resources,which means that many clients, almost irrespective of type of problem, must have a contactwith at least two units. We were also eager to know whether the clients believed that thenumber of social workers really mattered for them, and how many social workers the clientspreferably would like to have contact with.15
