The relativelyhigh number of clients that had contacts with different units <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> comb<strong>in</strong>ed <strong>or</strong>ganisation isprobably a consequence of <strong>the</strong> division between reception/<strong>as</strong>sessment and advice/resources,which means that many clients, almost irrespective of type of problem, must have a contactwith at le<strong>as</strong>t two units. We were also eager to know whe<strong>the</strong>r <strong>the</strong> clients believed that <strong>the</strong>number of social w<strong>or</strong>kers really mattered f<strong>or</strong> <strong>the</strong>m, and how many social w<strong>or</strong>kers <strong>the</strong> clientspreferably would like to have contact with.15
