The study included specialistassessment of impacts on marine ecology, noise, and airpollution.2003- South World Wildlife Project leader of a team appointed to prepare a business2004 Africa Fund, South plan for the proposed Kogelberg Marine Park. TheAfrica (WWF- business plan summarised available information onSA)resource harvesting, resource availability, tourismcapacity, and the value thereof in the park; presentedthree alternate financially sustainable scenarios for theestablishment and management for the proposed park;identified skills and human resources required forimplementation of the various scenarios; identifiedproblems and critical requirements for successfulestablishment of the Park; and provided a five-yearfinancial plan with flexible input parameters to aid “whatif” scenario analysis for the park.2003-2004SouthAfricaDepartment of<strong>Environmental</strong>Co-leader on a Strategic <strong>Environmental</strong> Assessment toguide the implementation of regulations promulgatedAffairs and under the National <strong>Environmental</strong> Management ActTourism (DEAT) 1998: Control of Vehicles in the Coastal Zone.
