TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET SALESTHE POSSESSION OF A TICKET TO THE ALLSTARZ SUMMER PARTY (“EVENT”)SHALL CONSTITUTE AN ACCEPTANCE BY THE TICKET HOLDER (“YOU”) OF THETERMS, CONDITIONS AND ADVICE DETAILED BELOW (“TERMS”) AND IMPLIES ANUNDERTAKING BY YOU TO ACCEPT THEM.1 The Reading Football Club Limited (“RFC”) sells tickets on behalf of the promoter ofthe Event, Apex Events Limited (“Promoter”).2 The ticket remains the property of the Promoter and is a personal revocable licenceto attend the Event which may be withdrawn, for example if you breach these Terms.3 These Terms are to be read together with all other statements and or directiveseither shown on the ticket or displayed at the venue. Check the website for updatedinformation.4 It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified. Norefunds will be given unless the concert is cancelled.5 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission if, in its reasonable opinion,admitting you to the venue might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or youand/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the Event, forexample, if you appear to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or areacting aggressively.6 Strictly no illegal substances will be permitted into the concert site. You may besearched as a condition of being admitted to the venue.7 No camping is allowed at the venue.8 You are NOT permitted to take food or beverage into the venue apart from a smallunopened plastic bottle of water.9 No bottles, cans, containers, alcohol or food are to be brought into the venue.10 Laser pens, fireworks, smoke canisters, flags, banners, poles, umbrellas or othersimilar articles are not permitted in the venue and you may be refused entrance if youbring any of these with you.11 There are disabled facilities. There is disabled parking and toilets. For furtherinformation call RFC’s box office.12 No animals will be admitted to the venue, except guide dogs and hearing dogs.Admittance needs to be pre-arranged through the RFC Box Office13 Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult of 18 or older.14 If you look under 21 please do not be offended if you are asked for proof of age whenyou buy alcohol. Please bring proof of ID to show you are over 18.15 Official merchandise is only on sale at the venue. Do not purchase goods fromunofficial vendors. Strictly no trading is allowed at the venue.

16 No tickets may be re-sold, used for competitions, promotions, or hospitality packageswithout the written consent of the Promoter. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawfulresale) may lead to you being refused admission to, or rejected from, the venue andyour ticket being confiscated without refund or other compensation.17 No tape or video recorders or professional photographic equipment will be permittedat the venue.18 As a member of the audience you consent to the photography, filming/soundrecording of the Event, which may be used for promotional purposes.19 Keep your ticket and/or wristband safe. Under no circumstances will duplicate ticketsor wristbands be issued if lost or damaged.20 The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to yourproperty (unless caused by its negligence or breach of duty).21 The Promoter reserves the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemednecessary before and during the Event to ensure the safe management of the venue.22 Event times are approximate only and you are advised to arrive well in advance ofthe times shown in order to avoid disappointment arising from any change(s) to thetimes.23 Every effort will be made to admit latecomers at a suitable break in the performancebut admission cannot be guaranteed.24 No re-admission will be allowed.25 The Promoter reserves the right to alter seating arrangements without priornotification subject to offering you a reasonably acceptable alternative or, if notavailable, a refund to the full face value of the ticket (but not the booking fee).26 Any complaints about your inability to view the concert from your seat (if any) mustbe made to the Promoter via the venue box office promptly, prior to or during theperformance.27 Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised bill performs, the ticket is forthe Event and not a specific artist/band. The Promoter reserves the right to makechanges to the bill and/or running time without being obliged to refund monies orexchange tickets.28 It is your responsibility to check whether the Event has been cancelled.29 If the Event is cancelled you will receive a refund to the full face value of the ticket(but not the booking fee). This will be your sole remedy.30 Subject to paragraphs 29 and 32, neither the Promoter nor RFC shall have anyfurther liability beyond the face value of the ticket plus the booking fee. Neither thePromoter nor RFC shall be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure.31 Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating tothe Event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.

32 Nothing in these Terms to exclude any liability of the Promoter or RFC for death orpersonal injury caused by negligence, fraud or other type of liability which cannot bylaw be excluded or limited.33 RFC may enforce these Terms in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts(Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.34 These Terms are governed by English Law and any disputes arising out of anytransaction with the Promoter are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the EnglishCourts.Apex Events Ltd. 10-14 Accommodation Road, Golders Green, London, NW11 8ED
