This argument lets you publish the <strong>SAS</strong>_PUT( )function and the <strong>for</strong>mats to a shared database where other users can access them.Interaction: The database that is specified by the DATABASE= argument takesprecedence over the database that you specify in the INDCONN macro variable.For more in<strong>for</strong>mation, see “Running the %INDNZ_PUBLISH_FORMATSMacro” on page 638.Tip: It is not necessary that the <strong>for</strong>mat definitions and the <strong>SAS</strong>_PUT( ) functionreside in the same database as the one that contains the data that you want to<strong>for</strong>mat.
