ML Certificate shall be endorsed for an additional inspection with <strong>the</strong>same date as <strong>the</strong> date of issue of <strong>the</strong> new DMLC Part II.4.4.2 Changes to measures in DMLC Part IIThe shipowner shall advise <strong>the</strong> Administration of changes to <strong>the</strong> DMLCPart II.a) In case of minor editorial changes to <strong>the</strong> DMLC Part II not leading toupdating of o<strong>the</strong>r parts of <strong>the</strong> DMLC Part II, only <strong>the</strong> amended pagesof <strong>the</strong> DMLC Part II shall be submitted to <strong>the</strong> Administration forreview. The issue date of <strong>the</strong> DMLC shall not be changed. A new MLCertificate need not be re-issued.b) In case of any change to <strong>the</strong> measures in DMLC Part II, a new DMLCPart II must be submitted to <strong>the</strong> Administration for review <strong>and</strong>acceptance. An additional Maritime Labour inspection may berequired to verify <strong>the</strong> new measures, certify <strong>the</strong> new DMLC Part II<strong>and</strong> issue <strong>the</strong> declaration of maritime labour compliance. If aninspection is conducted, a new ML certificate will be issued with <strong>the</strong>same validity date as <strong>the</strong> original ML certificate.c) The DMLC Part II need not be submitted, if <strong>the</strong>re are changes madeonly to <strong>the</strong> documents referenced in <strong>the</strong> DMLC Part II, <strong>and</strong> does notaffect <strong>the</strong> implementation of <strong>the</strong> measures in <strong>the</strong> DMLC Part II.4.4.3 Changes to Certificate dataa) In case of change in shipowners name <strong>and</strong>/or contact information,only <strong>the</strong> affected pages in <strong>the</strong> DMLC Part II must be submitted to <strong>the</strong>Administration <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> last page in <strong>the</strong> DMLC Part II must besubmitted to <strong>the</strong> Administration or <strong>the</strong> authorized RO which certified<strong>the</strong> DMLC Part II <strong>and</strong> issued <strong>the</strong> ML Certificate. An amended DMLCPart II will be issued with <strong>the</strong> new shipowners’ name <strong>and</strong>/or contactinformation. The issue date of <strong>the</strong> DMLC shall not be changed. Anamended ML Certificate with <strong>the</strong> new issue date <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> samevalidity dates as <strong>the</strong> original ML Certificate shall be issued by <strong>the</strong>Administration or authorized RO.The endorsement for <strong>the</strong> intermediate inspection, if any, shall betransferred to <strong>the</strong> new certificate, with date <strong>and</strong> location. It shall bestamped or marked with text “Confirmed carried out”. Theendorsement shall be stamped, dated <strong>and</strong> signed.b) In case of change in ships name, only affected pages in <strong>the</strong> DMLCPart II, if any, must be submitted to <strong>the</strong> Administration <strong>and</strong>/orauthorized RO which certified <strong>the</strong> DMLC Part II <strong>and</strong> issued <strong>the</strong> MLCertificate. An amended DMLC Part I will be issued with <strong>the</strong> newships name. The issue date of <strong>the</strong> DMLC shall not be changed.
