can be found on LISCR website, www.liscr.com under <strong>the</strong> “Maritime” tab <strong>the</strong>nclick on “MLC, 2006” <strong>and</strong> “List of RO’s”.Shipowners choosing or interested in using a LMLI should contact <strong>the</strong>Administration at audit@liscr.com for coordination.Specific information of <strong>the</strong> inspection, verification, <strong>and</strong> certification can be foundin Section 4 of this Notice.2.3 Preparing <strong>the</strong> DMLC Part IIThe shipowner shall request from <strong>the</strong> Administration at mlc@liscr.com, a shipspecific DMLC Part I prior to developing <strong>and</strong> submitting a DMLC Part II forissuance of a Maritime Labour Certificate or a draft DMLC Part II for issuance ofan interim Maritime Labour Certificate.The st<strong>and</strong>ard DMLC Part I prepared by <strong>the</strong> Administration is provided in Annex Ito this Marine Notice.The shipowner should include or make reference in <strong>the</strong> DMLC Part II, <strong>the</strong>occasions on which ongoing compliance with <strong>the</strong> Administrations particularrequirements will be verified, <strong>the</strong> records to be taken <strong>and</strong> maintained, <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong>procedures to be followed where non-compliance is noted. References may bemade to o<strong>the</strong>r more comprehensive documentation covering policies <strong>and</strong>procedures, such as, <strong>the</strong> documents required by <strong>the</strong> ISM Code. If <strong>the</strong> DMLC PartII contains references to o<strong>the</strong>r documents, like <strong>the</strong> shipboard occupational health<strong>and</strong> safety programmes in <strong>the</strong> Company’s Safety Management System (SMS),copies of <strong>the</strong> applicable sections of those documents shall be included whensubmitting <strong>the</strong> DMLC Part II for review.To facilitate <strong>the</strong> DMLC Part II review <strong>and</strong> acceptance process, it is recommendedto complete <strong>the</strong> checklist used by <strong>the</strong> Administration for <strong>the</strong> DMLC Part II review<strong>and</strong> acceptance <strong>and</strong> attach it to <strong>the</strong> submitted DMLC Part II. The checklistidentifies <strong>the</strong> applicable sections of MLC, 2006 <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> correspondingAdministration's requirements for <strong>the</strong> DMLC Part II in order to be accepted by <strong>the</strong>Administration.A copy of <strong>the</strong> checklist can be downloaded from <strong>the</strong> LISCR website:www.liscr.com under <strong>the</strong> "Maritime" tab, <strong>the</strong>n click on MLC, 2006 <strong>and</strong> "DMLCPart II Questionnaire”.The DMLC part II shall be drawn up in <strong>the</strong> format available in Annex II to thisMarine Notice.2.4 Submitting <strong>the</strong> DMLC Part IIShipowners shall submit a single hard or soft copy of each DMLC Part II to <strong>the</strong>Administration, in English, for review <strong>and</strong> acceptance prior to <strong>the</strong> inspection for aMaritime Labour Certificate.
