A standard anticipating this interchangeabilitywould be very wide and therefore, standards are only given for specific landuse concerned e.g. office or industrial use.In view of the inter-changeability of uses it may be necessary to impose restrictions ondevelopment within these wider classes in order to reflect car-parking requirements.July 2009 12
