The 6300-series 50 mm pitch hybrid belt combines the features of steel and <strong>plastic</strong> components with the advantages ofa real modular system. The new 6300T series offers a brick-layed pattern in combination with a reusable pin retentionsystem. In combination with flights and sideguards this belt is a common choice for the food industry. As a standardthe belts are supplied in polypropylene and polyethylene.FEATURES6300T-SERIES MODULAR BELTS• Fully <strong>plastic</strong> product support surface due to the cleverly positioned tension plates underneath the belt surface.• 6391 and 6392 belt modules are diamond-shaped, resulting in a minimum contact area with the product, with little riskof product sticking to the belt surface.• Easy to operate pin retention system.• 6300T-series is strongly recommended for high-temperature applications, such as cookers and blanchers.• High strength and good dimensional stability due to stainless steel frame of tension plates and pins; no large pitchelongation occurs because of thermal expansion during operation.• Completely flush modules and edges.• Bricklayed pattern improves belt robustness and enables easy maintenance and assembly.• 6300T-Series belts are a replacement for the original 6300-series offering important advantages with respect topin retention and product handling. 6300T and 6300-series run on the same sprockets.
