5.4 Stage 4: Assessment5.4.1 National and International AssessmentMost ASPERA institutions are found in the five state capitals: Perth, Melbourne,Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. It was thus possible to complete all assessments inAustralia by holding one assessment session in the five capital cities. At the start of each session the assessorswere instructed how to attend to the task without influencing one another.
