The type, size, and complexity of projects will often be theguiding factors used to determine which process is most suitable. Theprocesses are: Standard Review, Managed Project Review, Phased PlanReview, Collaborative Review, Expedited Review, Critical Path ExpeditedReview, Over-the-Counter Review, Rapid Review, Field Review, and SB1838 Exempt. 1.6 OSHPD Electronic Services PortalIn September 2011 FDD activated the Electronic Services Portal (e-SP), acomprehensive information management system based on the AccelaAutomation software system. e-SP replaces the FDD Logbook systemwhich had been in use for more than a decade. e-SP implements anumber of workflow controls which guide the user through the FDDbusiness process, limiting the choices of the user to those that arecompatible with FDD policies.
