Xia Sha, ChinaThe first phase of this project covers an area ofabout 1 sq km and is located along the easterncoastline of Shenzhen City in the Pearl River Deltaof southern China.The plan intends to create a new cultural and tourismdestination utilising the intrinsic values of the placeincluding the local Ke Jia ethnic culture and Nin Nanarchitectural style. It also includes an all-weather watercentre using energy from the nearby power station toprovide heating in the winter.Business centres, corporate accommodation and a7-star hotel are planned to provide a new conferenceand event venue for businesses operating in the PearlRiver Delta. The second phase of the project includes ahilltop golf course that overlooks the South China Sea.
