përkatëse për Kulturë.3.Udhëheqësi duhet të ketë përgaditjeuniversitare në fushën e artit dhe të culturessi dhe me përvojë pune në këtë fushë.4.Mandati i Udhëheqësit artistik është katër(4) vjeçar, me mundësi të rizgjedhjes.Neni 17Detyrat dhe përgjegjësit e Udhëheqësitartistik.1.Zbaton programin artistik vjetor tëansamblit ”Shota” dhe koordinon meprogramet e koncerteve.2.Udhëheq punë e Këshillit Artistik.3.Udhëheqësi artistik i Ansamblit për punën etij i përgjigjet dhe i raporton Drejtorit tëAnsamblit dhe përmes tij Këshillit Drejtues.Neni 18Organizimi i Ansamblit Komunal1.Organizimi dhe funksionimi i AnsamblitKomunal rregullohet me statut dhe akte tëtjera nënligjore në pajtim me këtë ligj dheMinistarstva Kulture.3.Rukovodioc treba da ima universitetskoobrazovanje iz oblasti umetnosti i Kultureko I sa radnim iskustvom u ovoj oblasti.4.Mandat Umetničkog Rukovodioca ječetiri (4) godine, sa mogucnoscu ponovnogbiranja.Član 17Zadaci i obaveze umetničkogRukovodioca.1.Sprovodi umetnički godišnji programansambla ”Shota” i koordinira programekoncerata.2.Rukovodi radom Umetnickog Saveta.3. Umetnički Rukovodioc Ansambla, zasvoj rad, odgovoran je i izveštava DirektoruAnsambla i preko njega Upravnom Savetu.Član 18Organizovanje Opštinskog Ansambla1.Organizovanje i funkcionisanjeOpštinskog Ansambla uređuje se statutom iostalim podzakonskim aktima u saglasnostiby the Ministry of Culture.3.The director shall posses universityqualifications in the field of art andculture as well as working experience inthis domain.4.The term of office of Artistic Directorshall be four (4) years,with a possibility ofre-election.Article 17Duties and responsibilities of the ArtisticDirector1.Implements the annual artistic programmeof Ensemble “Shota” and coordinates withconcerts programme.2.Leads the work of the Artistic Council.3.Ensemble’s Artistic Director beaccountable to and report on his/her toDirector of Ensemble and, through him/her,to Steering Council.Article 18Organisation of the Municipal Ensemble1.Organisation and functioning of theMunicipal Ensemble shall be regulated bystatute and other sublegal acts in conformity12
