Thereneeds to be more focus on thesmaller/medium range players who don'tkow about the legislations and do notcomplete forms because they dont have theunderstanding or manpower to do so. Barryraised the issue as to why a largedeveloper would fly tip when they aren'treally worried about the waste disposalcosts because they hand on the costs tothe client.Yes, if understood correctly by Subcontractors!!Yes TWDDebatable.
