He preparesDatabase subscription (couldn't rememberwhat database) sends bulletins on currentlegislation. They pay an annual subscription forthis service.There's not a lack of information it's just thatrapid changes mean that it's hard <strong>to</strong> keep up,especially legislation surrounding disposal <strong>to</strong>landfill and <strong>to</strong> recycling centres.Not aware of any new legislation - databaseupdates don’t cover.Civil engineering contrac<strong>to</strong>rs ass'n (CECA)does send out bulletins updating onforthcoming legislation.
