APPENDIX G – Portfolio Holdings Disclosure RecipientsService ProvidersBased on the nature of the services provided to the Fund by the following Service Providers, each suchService Provider has access to the Fund’s portfolio holdings on a daily basis:• The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company in its capacity as service provider to theFund and Mason Street Advisors, LLC• Mason Street Advisors, LLC in its capacity as investment adviser, and each of the subadvisers(with respect to the Portfolio(s) for which they provide services), for the Fund• JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Mellon Bank, N.A. and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. intheir capacity as custodians, and depositories utilized by the foregoing• RiskMetrics Group (formerly Institutional Shareholder Services, Inc.) in its capacity as proxyservice provider for Mason Street Advisors, LLC• SunGard Data System Inc. in its capacity as provider of Code of Ethics compliance services• FT Interactive Data Corporation and its subsidiaries, Bloomberg L.P., Reuters Group PLC andBear Sterns Pricing Direct Inc. in their capacity as provider of pricing services and, in the caseof Bloomberg L.P., order management and portfolio compliance services• Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in its capacity as international fund accountant• FactSet Research Systems, Inc. and Lipper, Inc. in connection with conducting attributionanalyses on the Mason Street Advisors, LLC advised equity PortfoliosThe following Service Providers receive portfolio holdings information covering various periods, withvarying lag times, depending on the nature of the services provided to the Fund, as indicated below withrespect to each Service Provider:• The Fund’s directors and legal counsel to the independent directors, on a monthly andquarterly basis, generally within 20 days following the end of each such period• Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP in its capacity as independent auditors for the Fund, at theFund’s semi-annual and annual periods, generally within two weeks following the end of theeach such period• Abel/Noser Corporation in connection with evaluating the quality and cost of trade executionof the Portfolio transactions for the Mason Street Advisors, LLC advised Portfolios, on amonthly basis, provided the day following the close of each such monthly period• Financial writers utilized to assist in the preparation of fund advertising and reportingmaterials, on a quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis, generally within one week followingthe end of each such period• Financial printers used to print advertising and regulatory materials, at the Fund’s semi-annualand annual periods, generally within four weeks following the end of each such periodB-144
