SACE COMPLETION The Brighton SACE completion rate is outstanding. A higher percentage completing their SACE when compared with the State. In addition, the 2012 completion rate of 93.53 surpasses the 85% SACE completion rate specified in the Southern Regional Improvement Plan 2013. 31
