This exhibit demonstrates the rights of way that should be vacatedto accomplish the development plan.The alternatives identified in the 2009 <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Myers</strong> Riverfront <strong>Development</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> for this areaare focused along the riverfront and recommend a reconfiguration of the planned developmentbetween the bridges, and from Bay Street to the River. When the 2009 <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Myers</strong> Riverfront<strong>Development</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> is implemented various actions are needed to set the framework in placefor the development to become a reality, including comprehensive text amendments, landdevelopment code amendments (to incorporate the specific guidelines into the downtownsmart code).
