Adding Partner of RecordPartner of Record (POR) is a critical element of the renewal lifecycle. Beinglabeled as POR enables you to be CC’d on all Office 365 renewalcorrespondence to end-customer, see customer subscriptions in the PartnerDashboard, and get Advisor fee credit if customers add “Direct” credit cardsubscriptions.To Renew a subscription the person must be an administrator and loggedinto Office 365.Once logged in, click on the “manage and purchase licenses” link under thelicense tile.If the customer decides to buy O365 from another reseller, the POR inO365 needs to be updated.54
