Your company is to assume full responsibility for any damages tohighways, ditches, City of Pitt Meadows utilities and the clean-up of anydebris resulting from your activities. The cost of any City of Pitt MeadowsCrew involvement will be deducted form your five thousand (5 000) dollarsSecurity Bond.3. All vehicle related to your company are to be licensed and adequatelyinsured.4. Your company must have adequate Liability Insurance which contains theCity of Pitt Meadows as a Named Insured and contains a Cross Liability orSeverability of Interest Clause, which is to be submitted to the City of PittMeadows.5. That appropriate Traffic Control Practices must be followed as per theTraffic Control Manual for Works on Roadways Second Edition and thesatisfaction of the City of Pitt Meadows.Section 6I, the applicant for this permit, agree to all terms and condition herein beforeexpressed, and am bound thereby and by all provisions of the City of PittMeadows Highway and Traffic Bylaw No.2260, as the same pertain to thispermit, and deposit herewith the required security, being:dollars ($ )in cash, or by irrevocable letter of credit, to guarantee the fulfillment by me of theterms and conditions set out herein with the time specified in this permit.#55701v3
