"Relax-Emotion" oils<br />
The four elements: fire, earth, water and air<br />
The "Permanent Contour ® -Relax-Emotion" oils were<br />
put together for anyone suffering from sleep problems,<br />
stress, agitation or depressive problems.<br />
When used with the Permanent Contour ® stamp<br />
massage, they are designed to relieve tension and<br />
release blockages. They can purge bad thought patterns<br />
that are "saved" in the cell memory of the body.<br />
The warm herbal oil blends can be used with the new<br />
herbal stamp massages (page 81) to help with relaxation,<br />
increase the production of endorphins, stimulate<br />
the circulation and the metabolism,<br />
relax the muscles, strengthen the immune system and<br />
can even help with sleeping disorders.<br />
There is a special herbal oil for each type temperament<br />
(fire – choleric, earth – melancholic, water – phlegmatic,<br />
air – sanguine – more information on the right).<br />
Each of these four base oil blends contains grape seed<br />
oil, castor oil and sunflower oil and is mixed following<br />
Dr Jakobi's principle (see page 33 for more information).<br />
