Through quantum physics, Albert Einstein, Max
Planck and other scientists who took a broad view
reintroduced the western world to a millennia-old
truth: "The world is vibration, the world is sound!" In
India and Nepal, sound has been used for over 5,000
years for deep and absolute relaxation. In our western
culture, this ancient knowledge had been forgotten,
but the method is now increasingly popular in Europe
and often requested by guests.
The tones take effect in two ways: our ears hear the
wonderfully pleasant sound, and our bodies feel the
vibration. If the bowl of water is struck, the water starts
to vibrate. Our body, which is up to 80% water, senses
this movement and experiences the vibrations as a
gentle "inner massage". This treatment reaches far
deeper than a manual massage can.
