The crude average is 36 Golden Hellos per localLSC, but there is little clustering of LSC take up around this figure. Instancesof take up range from 4 to 105. LSC areas with the least take up (9 or fewercases) include:• Northumberland;• Shropshire;• Bedfordshire;• Cambridgeshire;• London North.2.11 LSC areas with the highest take up (80 Golden Hellos or above) are:• Devon and Cornwall;• Lancashire;• Greater Manchester;• Hampshire and the Isle of Wight;• West Yorkshire.
