Getting StartedNavigating the KeyboardThe basic keys to navigate, select options and enter data are:Function keysON / OFFThe ON / OFF key turns the microprocessor anddisplay on or off.Note:The instrument oven and sensor electronicspower supply are on at all times.ENTERThe Enter key is used to acknowledge a particularkeystroke sequence.MEASURECLRThe MEASURE/CLR key is a dual function key.The MEASURE function is used to startmeasurements and the CLR function to move to theprevious character field during data entry inalphanumeric fields. It also erases all values incertain fields, enabling entry of an entirely new setof values.The arrow keys move the cursor either right, left, upor down.F1TOF5The F1 to F5 function keys access the adjacentoption on the display. These options will varyaccording to the current menu.
