Battery DISTRIBUTIon701 Contour Battery Master Switch• The 701 Contour Battery Master Switch offers a number of unique features,the highlight being the patented Contour Locking System, allowing it to be astand alone unit, or locked together with other switches.• Features a control knob which cannot be removed while in theON or OFF position, however, can be removed by switching to an counter-clockwise45° position. The control knob also features an interchangeable labeling systemallowing a full range of applications (Part number 713 or 715: page 206).• Removable side plates on 4 sides for access of up to1/0 cables plus a rear cover insulating the rear terminals against anyshort circuits. This ensures the switch meets ABYC requirements.• Can be either surface or recess mounted by cutting a 52 mm hole (2.1 in).720720 Heavy Duty Battery SwitchThe 720 Heavy Duty Battery Switch fits into the samecontour lock system as used on the battery distribution system.Rated at 600 A continuous and 2500 A cranking. It is wellsuited to larger vessels.As with the 701, the 720 can be recessed or surface mounted.The 720 uses the same style of self cleaning sliding contact asused in the 701 and uses the same label sheet (part number713 or 715 refer page 206).701BEP’s patented Contour Locking System is aninnovative feature that allows for multiple batterymanagement components to be connected to eachother providing for a clean finished installation.
